After its dissolution, NRUC sold off many of its boxcars to shortlines around the country.

Model Information

Another Branchline Berwick model (these are wonderful), this one is unique in my collection b/c of the open door. After using the motor tool to carve out the door, I created a replacement and glued it in the "open" position. The replacement door was scratchbuilt form styrene sheet and then thin strips for the ribs.
